Three numbers decide your plan
No feature grid, no module to unlock. The only three variables are the number of active projects, the number of users and storage.
Active projects
2An archived project stops counting. You close out a delivered scheme, you start another, and the plan does not move.
Users
Everyone invited counts, client side and contractors included. That is deliberate: per-module permissions exist precisely so you can invite widely without showing anyone what does not concern them. A coordination tool nobody dares invite to coordinates nothing.
Storage
Models and documents count together. IFC files are by far the heaviest on a project, and they are usually what decides the tier.
Why the price is not published
Because a single price would be wrong for half our customers. A six-person engineering practice and a general contractor running fifteen sites share neither the usage, nor the volume, nor the market, and we adjust by region too. One grid would be either too expensive for the first or unworkable for the second.
There is nothing to negotiate before you start: the trial is free and complete. We talk numbers once you already know whether the tool serves you. Tell us how many active projects, how many users, and whether the AI assistant interests you, and the quote goes out within one business day.
Billing questions
Does the trial need a card?
No. The thirty-day trial starts at sign-up with no payment method, and never converts into a paid subscription on its own.
What exactly happens when the trial ends?
You lose nothing. Access to the 3D viewer and to your files is kept. The management modules (scheduling, finance, purchase orders) become read-only until a plan is activated. Your data stays exportable in open, standard formats. If the tool proved itself on the pilot project we activate a plan; if not, you pay nothing and you keep your documents.
Can we change plan mid-year?
Yes, in both directions. A project portfolio moves, schemes are delivered, others start, and the subscription has to be able to follow.
What happens to our data if we stop?
It exports in open, standard formats: your IFC models stay IFC, your documents stay your documents. No lock-in clause, ever. The detail is on the Security & data page.
Do you help with onboarding?
Yes. The trial includes the guided tour and the AI assistant, which answers the team's questions in plain language. On the Enterprise plan, onboarding and team training are included, importing existing schedules and bills of quantities with them.
